Ashes and sparks, my words among mankind!
(Percy Bysshe Shelley, Ode to the West Wind)

I've decided to make this page shorter and more to the point. So, without further ado... something I need to say right at the start is that if you want to do something with content for which others hold the copyright - most of the pictures on the Artwork page, for example - then you must ask the appropriate copyright holder, not me. The following guidelines apply to my own work only.

None of my work is to be used for commercial purposes without my express written permission.

You may make an unlimited number of copies of any or all of my work for your own personal use - this includes, but is not limited to, saving to disk or making printouts. You may also distribute such work privately - for example, by email or post.

You may link to any HTML page on the site without the need to seek permission. Please don't link directly to non-HTML content (eg pictures) though. If you put up a link, it'd be nice to know simply so I can have a look at your site, but it's absolutely optional. (Frith, to think I feel the need to give specific permission for this. Anyone who doesn't allow deep linking really doesn't understand the web. End of mini-rant.)

You may create fanwork (fanfiction, fanart etc) based on any of my work. I'd very much like to be told about this, purely out of interest (email to loganberrybunny @ yahoo.co.uk), but you don't actually have to let me know. However, please note that the "non-commercial purposes only" proviso above also applies to fanwork, so no posting to paysites is allowed.

You may use small parts of my textual work in your own work, so long as you acknowledge the source. (For example, as an epigraph to a story of your own published on your personal website, or a character quoting a line or two of my poetry in one of your original stories.) However, you must ask me if you wish to use any of my rabbiteering photographs (outside of the "personal use" conditions set out above), since they're particularly important to me personally, but I'll probably say yes if your request is halfway reasonable.

If you want to publish a large part of my work, for example an entire essay or poem, again you must ask. When you email, please tell me what you want to use and where you want it to go.

I think that's about it... if there's something you'd like to do with my work that isn't covered here, then feel free to drop me an email and ask about it. I'm open to most ideas. =:)
